Dosaavakaya /Cucumber pickle

This one is damn easy recipe that can be your savior when you can’t cook much :-) . Being a pickle, yes it has lots of oil and salt content. The trick is to eat it in moderation :-) . The mustard powder that goes into this recipe is the awesomest ingredient :D . The main thing in making this is the amount of salt, mustard powder and red chilli powder should be in equal quantities and while making this be very sure that you are not using any vessel or spoon which is moist. It might spoil the pickle.

INGREDIENTS :-
Cucumber :- 2 cups (chopped and make sure you don’t peel the skin)
Oil :- 2 cups
Salt :- 3/4 cup
mustard powder :- 3/4th cup
Red chilli powder :- 3/4 cup
METHOD :-
  1. Take chopped cucumber and all other ingredients in a dry vessel and mix well. Close it overnight and have it early in the morning :D
  2. You can add fried garlic in this to this recipe and it adds extra zing !!
  3. Have it with hot rice
