Palakura Perugupachadi/Spinach raita

I was practically bored of cooking spinach dal every now and then. Finally decided to make raita with it. This one is practically bland unless you decide to add good amount of green chillies into it to make it spicy. The spinach carries this dish with its unique flavor. This tastes awesome with hot rice/phulkas.

INGREDIENTS :-
Spinach :-3 bunches(leaves washed well and chopped)
Green chillies :- 2-3 adjust
Ginger-Garlic paste :- 1 teaspoon
Coriander :- a bunch
Curry leaves :- 4-5
Salt :- as required
Oil :- 1-2 teaspoon
Turmeric :- a pinch
For Tempering/seasoning :-
Urad Dal :- 3 teaspoon
chana dal:- 3 teaspoon
jeera :- 3 teaspoon
aavalu/mustard seeds :- 2 teaspoon
Dry Chillies :- 1-2
Curry leaves :- 2-3
Hing :- a pinch
METHOD :-
  1. Take a pan, add oil and heat it.
  2. Add all the tempering and allow them to splutter.
  3. Add crushed curry leaves.
  4. Make a fine paste of ginger-garlic-green chillies- coriander(half of the bunch) and add it to the oil and fry it until raw smell goes off.
  5. Add chopped spinach leaves and salt and close the lid and allow it to cook .
  6. Now in curd add turmeric and mix well.
  7. Add cooked spinach and mix well :D
