Aglio e olio pasta with bell peppers

Here comes another variety of pasta which is very very simple ,very subtle in flavors and it entiiirely relies on olive oil, garlic and chilli flakes for its flavors .  I first learnt about Aglio e olio pasta from wiki( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aglio_e_olio ) after it heard it from a sweetest friend of mine and was very much excited to try this sometime . I made my bit of variation to it and added yellow and green bell peppers and spring onions. This is very quick and easy recipe and turns out to be awesome in a jiffy

INGREDIENTS :- 
Pasta :- I used penne (2 cups)
Garlic cloves :- 3-4
Yellow bell pepper :- 1/2 cup
Green bell pepper :- 1/2 cup
Spring onions :- 1/2 cup
Olive oil :- 2-3 teaspoons
Pepper :- 2 teaspoons
Chilly flakes :- adjust
Salt :-a s required
Cheese :- a slice ( I used amul cheese slice, you can use any of your choice)
METHOD :-
  1. Boil water add pasta (no need to add oil here) , but make sure you add pasta when water is already boiling. When pasta boils well drain hot water and run pasta through cold water.
  2. Take a pan add olive oil, sizzle garlic in it.
  3. Add bell peppers yellow and green and allow them to cook.
  4. Add boiled pasta, pepper powder, chilli flakes, any pasta seasoning and simmer with closed lid for 5 min and its ready :D
  5. Avoid adding tomatoes as they dominate the delicate flavors in this pasta :)
