Soya Sandwich

This one is a healthy protein packed breakfast recipe which is quite filling , almost oil free and very easy to cake. it took total 10 min to complete this including cutting onions :-P . Here is the recipe.

INGREDIENTS :-
Soya granules :- a cup(boil them separately and squeeze out of water out of them.
Onions :- chopped finely (a cup)
Garam masala :- a teaspoon
Salt :- a bit
Jeera :- a teaspoon
Oil :- 1 teaspoon
Lettuce sandwich :- 3-4
Coriander :- 1/2 bunch
Whole wheat bread :- 6 slices (roasted on a tawa or in a sandwich maker)
METHOD :-
  1. In a pan heat oil add jeera allow it to splutter.
  2. Add onions, salt and close the lid . Cook until onions turn transparent.
  3. Add Soya granules, turmeric, garam masala, and adjust salt, mix well and simmer for few minutes.
  4. Place soya stuffing, sandwich leaf  between 2 slices , add cheese slice if you want and have it :D
