Microwave bendkaya fry/Microwave bhindi fry
So this is for diet lovers. Its guilt free bhindi fry with almost very less oil yet crispy and tasty . I made it in microwave . Generally whenever i need to “fry” things including papad microwave is my savior here is the recipe.
INGREDIENTS :-
Bhindi :- 1/2 kilo (chopped into pieces)
Curry leaves :- 4-5 curshed
Jeera powder :- a teaspoon
Red chilly powder :- 1 teaspoon
Salt :- as required
Oil :- 2 teaspoons
Turmeric : a pinch
METHOD :-
- In a microwave safe container take bhindi pieces and add oil and mix it well.
- Place it in microwave and cook it at 80% power for 5 minutes.
- Stir it a bit and microwave it again for 5 min .
- Now add jeera powder, red chilly powder, Curry leaves and turmeric . Mix well.
- Microwave it at 80% at 3 minutes interval until bhindi becomes crisp.
