Plain chilli mushroom with basil and white pepper
So this is my version of chilli mushroom. It has got no deep frying ,no shallow frying, no corn flour , no chilli sauce, no soy sauce , just delicious fresh herbs. Actually there is lot of fun eating dishes with lots of nice herbs in them. I just got yellow bell peppers and green bell peppers and didn’t get red ones. You can use any variety. If possible do not add onions as they neutralize the taste a bit . I got this milky white mushrooms from a local market here and trust me they were soooooo fresh to look at.
