Garlic Roti

This is modified version of garlic naan. I normally add no oil no ghee while mixing flour for chapathi/phulkas. For this I added some oil , some butter. Came out reasonably well. You can add more garlic if you need it restaurant ishtyle :)


INGREDIENTS :-
Wheat Flour :- 3 cups
Spring onions :- very finely chopped
Garlic (finely chopped):- 1/2 cup
Green chillies :- 1-2(optional)
Salt :- as required
water :- as required
Coriander :- 1 cup
Pizza cheese /mozzarella cheese :-  to sprinkle
Oil :- 2 teaspoon
Butter :- 1 teaspoon
METHOD :-
  1. Grind together coriander and green chillies .
  2. Finely chop the garlic .
  3. Sprinkle pizza cheese on garlic. In a pan add  oil and fry garlic mixture for a 2-3 minutes and remove it.
  4. Now Mix slightly fried garlic, coriander-green chilly mixture, salt, chopped spring onions with flour and make it a nice dough
  5. Roll out like normal chapathis and roast them with little oil
