We stayed in Gujarat for 3 years. My mom learnt lots of recipes during our stay :-) . I learnt this from her . So this is one of them. Its one of finest recipes Gujarat ever had in its history :D . Here is it.

INGREDIENTS :-
Whole wheat flour :- 4 cups
Besan (gram flour) :- 2 cups
Dahi (Curd) :- 2 cups
Methi leaves :- a cup (chopped)
Jeera powder :- 2 teaspoons
Coriander seeds :- 2 teaspoons
Red chillies :- 2 teaspoons
Salt :- as required
Turmeric :- a pinch
METHOD :-
  1. Take all ingredients except curd and mix well.
  2. Now add curd and make a nice soft dough.
  3. Roll out as chapatis and fry on a pan with ghee or oil.
  4. Have it hot with pickle
