Sphagetti in white sauce
This one is for pasta lovers !! Cheesy, garlicky, peppery white pasta , a perfect menu item for nice candle light dinner and trust me surely delicious and show stealer.
INGREDIENTS :
Pasta (any variety) :- 2 cups
Pasta (any variety) :- 2 cups
Wheat flour/Maida (I used wheat flour) :- 1-2 teaspoons
Extra Virgin Olive Oil :- 1 tablespoon
Garlic flakes :- 10-12
Pasta seasoning :- 1 -2 teaspoons
Milk :- 1-2 cups
Salt :- as required
Grounded pepper :- 2 tea spoons
Mozzarella cheese :- to sprinkle
Olives :- few
Any vegetables :- broccoli, capsicums, chillies, corn 1 1/2 cup
METHOD :-

- Take a pan heat olive oil , add garlic and allow it to sizzle.
- Add vegetables and stir fry them a bit add little salt.
- In separate pan Wheat flour fry it a bit and slowly add milk stir continuously to remove any lumps. Add cheese to the wheat flour-milk mix and stir.
- Boil pasta. To get perfect boiled pasta…boil water before hand and add pasta slowly to it and stir once in a while.After pasta is cooked drain away water .
- Always boil pasta at the end.
- Add boiled pasta and stir it for a while.
- In a mixing bowl add stir fried veggies, white sauce and boiled pasta and mix it well.
- Alternatively to bake it, in baking dish add pasta, a bit of milk and sprinkle cheese on it and bake it for 10-15 minutes till cheese turns bit brown. (this brownish mozzarella cheese adds extra zing !!)
