So last Sunday was rainy evening and India-Pakistan match(Hubby dear was watching it poor me was busy with something else so didn’t even know that it was India Pakistan match. I  think it amounts to blasphemy:P ). So his order was onion pakoda and I had to make it :) . For a change,I didn’t deep fry them. Just roasted in oil with care. Here is the recipe

METHOD :-
  1. Mix all ingredients except oil into a nice batter. It should be thicker than idli batter and thinner than chapati batter and onions should be more visible than batter itself.
