Mango smoothie
This is the dessert for our dinner today. Since monsoon season is fast approaching thought I could make as many mango recipes as possible . This can be made using double cream/ whipped cream/ mango ice cream. But I made healthier version of it. Perfect for people who just have fruit salad for dinner.
INGREDIENTS :-
Mangoes :- 2 big(chopped into pieces leaving the skin)
Oats :- a cup
Honey :- 2 teaspoons
Thick Curd :- a cup (make sure its not too sour)
Yellow food color :- a pinch
METHOD :-
- Grind together all the ingredients till they blend with each other very well.
- Serve chilled with ice cubes
