Dimsums

 I first ate this as mainland china. Maan !! they were out of world. Figured out recipe and then tried it at home . It came upto my expectations. :) . I made it with almost no oil again. Still it retained the taste and flavor :) . Here is the recipe

INGREDIENTS :-
Cabbage :- chopped very finely (a cup)
Corn kernels :- 1 cup
Onions :- 1 cup
Ginger :- small piece (chopped)
Coconut :- scrapped( 1/2 cup)
Chinese seasoning :- optional ( a teaspoon)
Pepper powder :- 2 teaspoons
Vinegar :- a dash
Olive oil :- 2 teaspoons
Salt :- as required
Spring onions :- a cup
Beans :- a cup
Chapati flour/Atta :- 2 cups
METHOD :-
  1. Make dough of atta and keep it aside.
  2. Take a pan add olive oil add ginger pieces and allow them to fry.
  3. Add cabbage, onions,beans ,coconut ,salt and allow then to cook till they loose rawness.
  4. Add pepper powder and stir well.Add spring onions
  5. Add dash of vinegar and chinese seasoning and mix well and our stuffing is ready.
  6. Now roll out chapati dough into small balls and very thin chapatis.
  7. Place the stuffing in chapati and fold the chapati in the shape you want .
  8. Place it on idli rack by brushing the surface with little oil and steam for 10 minutes.
